Operations Manager, Head of Operations, Chief – whatever name you want to give it, Jeroen is like one of the Founding Fathers of the Agency. He’s been with the team since before they were a team – or even called The Agency – and he’s been running it like a champion. Not like a League champion per se – as Jeroen is probably the only one without much League of Legends experience. Don’t let that fool you, though, as he’ll probably still kick your butt in Apex Legends.
